Post recruitment and offer release, we have a structured assimilation process. You would be introduced to your buddy who will help in your onboarding and organization assimilation.

Performance Management and Consistent feedback

We have a comprehensive performance management system, including a 360-degree review for senior leadership. The uniqueness of the feedback process at Team Bryks is the frequent and consistent feedback process available for all team members and managers. Post the feedback process, a comprehensive individual development plan would be created to help you upskill and develop your career

Campus Hiring

Till now we have recruited 40 interns from various engineering and

polytechnics across India. As we grow we will recruit talent from the institutes across India and this

play a critical role in building our organization.

The internship program at Team Bryks is a well thought through program with live projects and

responsible project guides. The organization gives 6 months projects to these young interns and

prepare them in their journey from students to professionals.
